Bob Franko on the Fishing Machine was the Leader of a Fleet of boats out of the Harbor. He was enormously informative to us smaller boats (my 15 footer), serving as a Guide to point us to the best fishing grounds. His TV program, Coastside Fishing, offered a Wealth of information on all sorts of fishing, from Halibut, Salmon, Crab and Rockfish. I think he had one program that had him catching a limit for each of these in a Single DAY, We really miss his Voice down here, It was always wise to have your Ears On if you were fishing out of the Harbor. His Pivotal role in the Marine Warehouse was inspiring to new and old fishermen. I went on a charter with him to Punta Colorado. The BEST. Also, the Best of many I've done.
